I've been searching for a great quality pepperoni. I usually buy organic and all natural. This pepperoni is absolutely delicious! It's different than most pepperoni sticks. Its flavor is sweeter and has a distinct pepper flavor. Most pepperoni sticks are just too salty and overpowered with spice. Fortuna's is great on pizza. My only negative comment would be the price. It's much too expensive than other pepperoni products. We normally pay around $6.00 or $7.00 for two sticks of another all natural pepperoni, but have been unable to get it at this time. On Fortuna's brand, we spent $27.00 for two sticks including shipping. This will prevent me from buying again.

All Natural, Nitrate Free Dry Cured Italian Style Pepperoni, This has to be one of the better Pepperonis I found, it has a very sweet taste nothing like the others, most of them are loaded with Salt and Paprika, that's why they look so red, the main ingredients with very strong taste. However, all Natural Cured Italian Style Pepperoni has a wonderful taste, It's all Natural, dry-cured for months, Nitrate free, Lean 100% Pork very good on Pizza or just by itself, that's how I like to eat it with a piece of crusty bread. The Price for Excellence is High, and a little too Pricey here, for just two sticks. I still love it! Thank You

I expected a different taste and did not like this pepperoni's taste. I expect its flavor is what the home countrymen expect and prefer, but my expectations are based on pepperoni slices on 1950's American style pizza. Don't blame the product, blame the taster! I do not think my ratings reflect on the product per se but only my personal opinion

I love making my own pizzas and my recipe is very healthy, but I like pepperoni as my favorite topping and until now could not find any that preserve without chemicals. I can remember having sausages hanging to dry in my kitchen years ago that I had just picked up from a butcher.
