AwesomeSep 18, 2010
By guido It is difficult to find this product locally. I made a batch of pasta with it as soon as I got it. I was not disappointed. The pasta is awesome!

This flour rocks!Apr 14, 2011
By Natalie Just got the flour today and I made the pizza immediately... it was pure heaven- crunchy, full of air bubbles and stretchy all at the same time. Honestly, I will never ever use any other flour again. I made it on a pizza stone (that is, I made it on a few unglazed terra cotta tiles I picked up at home depot for 4$). Shame the shipping cost is high as it is, but, I figure if I buy the 10 bag deal it's ok... I will certainly use it all... soon.

Don't make Pizza without it.Dec 22, 2010
By LongBeachLee I can't bring myself to make Pizza with regularly available flours. This stuff makes it easy to roll the dough in a round and make it as thin as you want. I would like to find it locally though, as the shipping is more than the flour, which is twice as expensive as regular flour as it is. Still there's no going back.

Great Flour for Pizza CrustDec 13, 2011
By Mt Woman I got the flour in a short amount of time from Amazon and eagerly made a batch of pizza dough from the Caputo website. The pizza was made on a pizza stone, 500 degree oven. The crust was light, crisp and tasty. I could not ask for more. It was easy to stretch out so I did not over work the tender dough. I made it in the morning and then chilled the dough until 2 hours before making the pizza. I am learning about chemistry in the food world, very facinating. Next, I am going to try to add some King Aurthur Pizza dough flavor to the dough mix. I will try out some different recipes for crusts with this great flour to find my favorite one. I am always on the quest for perfection in baking. The 2.2 pound sack will not last long. Mountain Pizza Maker.Antimo Caputo Italian Superfine "00" Farina Flour 2.2 lb Bag

Great Pizza FlourNov 05, 2011
By Billy I am not an expert pizza maker by any means but I have heard about the great results from using this "00" flour. I followed the "perfect pizza dough" recipe and was very impressed with the awesome thin - slightly chewy pizza crust I made using dough from this "00" flour. The flour makes a thinner more Naples style crust. This flour rocks compared with standard AP flour. Highly recommened for Naples thin crust pizza's - My pizza crust was similar to a Grimaldi's Brooklyn pizza - ENJOY !!
