Excellent hard cheese for cookingJul 16, 2009
By Jeffrey Bryan I don't recommend this cheese to the average consumer, but if you want a superior asiago cheese for cooking, this one is one of the better bargains available. And the people that package and ship are top notch - I couldn't be happier with Igourmet and their relationship with Amazon.

By J. Palmieri This is the Italian version of american cheese, but with a bit more character. Soft with a very mild bite on the end. A very creamy taste on the palate. An excellant choice for get togethers where wine and talk are available, enjoy
