Both my husband and I have had these and they are outrageously good. You can really taste the amaretto; not just a hint, for sure. So if your a fan of amaretto, you will love these cookies. They really do just melt in your mouth! They are light and airy, not hard, like other amaretto type cookies.

I needed these for a Christmas recipe. I searched high and low in supermarkets and bakeries. I finally found them here at Amazon. I shared them with family members who also could not find them.
They are a great traditional Italian treat!
