This is an outstanding balsamic vinegar that surpasses most balsamic vinegars aged 15 and 20 years. The flavor is complex, the vinegar is "thick" and just terrific. (But, not cheap.)

This is the most amazing balsamic vinegar that I EVER tasted. Pricey, yes, but you only need a few drops on you salad to ignite the flavors in your mouth.
