This is a very flavorful, quick, and easy soup to make. I did a couple things different than the recipe however...instead of tomato sauce I used Campbell's tomato soup I had on hand. Also, I simmered it about 15 minutes longer than recommended so the dried vegetable packet would hydrate more...my first time making this soup the vegetables were a little brittle, but the extra simmer time solved that. The Canterbury soups have made me feel like I can actually cook something and not be afraid to serve it to a guest!

Hi all just wanted to let you all know what a great soup this is.It takes about 30 mins to prepare and everything is included in the soup kit except for the tomatoe source.If you like home cooking this is a great way to save money and eat healthy
