Cipriani Bizantina (Tomato Sauce with Olive and Capers)

Cipirani. Bisanzio (Byzanthium). A name connected to spice trade. In fact this is a spicy sauce which add green olives, capers and some anchovy to fresh tomato. It tastes intense and delicate at the same time. Our cooks studied a condiment which could suit perfectly pasta as well as fish-based dishes.Bizantina sauce is perfect with red snapper fillets (at Harry's we call them "Sampietro alla carlina").
