contains preservativesJan 28, 2012
By S.D. Amazonian This cheese has a good flavor, but contains potassium sorbate - in case that matters to you. Nowhere on the Amazon product page (as of 01/28/2012) indicates this, and I couldn't find this info on the manufacturer's site either.

tastes goodJan 12, 2012
By Amazon Fan This DeLallo Grated Parmesan tastes good, sodium level good. Is there a good way to make it melt? Too bad they can't make grated ricotta in a bottle. Hope i finish all 4 bottles before the expiration date.

Ingratiated ParisianNov 23, 2011

"A casual stroll through the lunatic asylum shows that faith does not prove anything."
I bought this thinking it would be "outstanding" Grated Parmesan, and it stacks up all its Parmesan flavor really well. To tell you the truth, it reminds me of some health food store brand that is not that well known. I put it on a veggie pizza, eggs, soup, salad, pasta, etc. Not bad to add to everything you eat. I'll go for another supply here next time. You'll get used to it in time. I've already used up 20 of the bottles in soups, or for my pet mice.
