If you're looking for some special cherries, not your run of the mill maraschino bs then you have found them! They are delightful, sweet yet complex with a lovely texture. These are to regular cherries what a fine wine is to a box of chardonnay.

A little bourbon, sweet vermouth, quality bitters, and a teaspoon of the juice from these amarena cherries makes the perfect manhattan. A lovely little stocking stuffer.

These cherries are among the tastiest objects in all of existence. If you have never tasted them stop whatever you are doing (it doesn't really matter how important what you are doing is...this is more important) and get some of these cherries. I'm serious!

Saveur magazine raved about the flavor and versatility of these cherries, so I had to see for myself. They are absolutely delicious! As the magazine staff said, not only do they work well in the recipes, you will keep sneaking into the jar for a nibble!

My husband makes fabulous Manhattans. He was dissatisfied with the cherries available for his favorite drink until he learned about Amarena Fabbri's Italian Cherries. They're wonderful and we ususally see them in the Manhattans we drink at the high end restaurants and bars. They're also great with vanilla ice cream by the way!
