"Love to cook"
We prefer whole wheat pasta to white pasta. However, most of them have not been to our liking. We read a review in the NY Times which gave this brand a terrific review and we tried it. It took a little longer to cook but did not fall apart. It was al dente and quite tasty. I recommend it.
