Best Whole Wheat SpaghettiMay 12, 2011
By Tres Gatos This is by far the best whole wheat spaghetti I have tried. I find most 100% whole wheat pastas to be gritty and sticky but Garofalo is not. The texture and taste is close to regular spaghetti. It is the only brand I buy now.

By NYFB Gorofalo sells the wheat in a light color and WHOLE wheat which is better in dark color. Need to keep in freezer, a cold place since whole wheat just like brown rice will go bad in six months although the packaging claims it will be good for few years. This is not organic and Garofalo sell organic as well.
