Healty with a great tasteOct 14, 2010

This is the best whole wheat pasta I have tried. It's not heavy, or pasty. It cooks up quickly and holds sauce well. I mixed it half and half with regular angel hair pasta for comapny and they never noticed the difference. I've only found this at one grocery store and the price was $3.99, so Amazon's price is a deal (espeically if you use Subscribe and Save).

I have tried a lot of different brands of pasta, but this is the winner. This is the best angel hair pasta I have ever had. It cooks up quick and has a perfect texture. It is also Kosher. If you like good taste and care about what you are putting in your body, this is something you should try.

Every other whole wheat pastas products tastes like cardboard. Trust me, I have tried all of them, I am diabetic and I avoid rice and replace it with whole wheat. Whole wheat does not mess with my blood sure like rice does. Gia Russa Whole wheat tastes the best. In fact my wife now has switched over to Gia Russa whole wheat products. If you have decided to switch to a whole wheat diet Gia Russa is your best option.

Even though this is a whole wheat angel hair pasta, I can't tell it from the standard flour pasta once it's cooked. I won't eat anyother brand of whole wheat Angel hair or spaghetti period.
