I tried this on a pizza and in spaghetti. It tastes really great! The flavor of the three cheeses is so different from just plain parmasean. The price is a little high but worth it since I cannot get this where I live. If you want a change from parmasean, give this a try.

We have all had the Parmesan cheese blend. It's OK in a pinch. Beware though,the picture shows the "shredded" cheese but it's really a powder.
The taste is OK, what I expected actually. I only use it for a bit of topping on my spaghetti and maybe the Au Gratin potatoes I make.
 Pay attention to title, not photo. Cheese is NOT shredded.Apr 05, 2012

This tastes like any other powdery grated cheese for topping Italian food and such. I was so disappointed that the photo and the description do not match, as I expected to get what I saw and didn't notice the difference between the label and the title. Shame on me for not noticing the conflict of info before I ordered. The product is average in taste and texture for what it is, 3 stars. Amazon customer service was great regarding a refund, 5 stars for them, but the photo is still wrong so be wise to the discrepancy.

Love this combination of 3 cheeses. The Asiago bursts onto your tongue with that sharp-woodsy flavor that reminds me of log cabins and mountain air with a hit of smoke. Really great on simple al-dente pasta with garlic and real butter.I'm on my 2nd order.
