These are light and crispy cookies. They are slightly sweet but not too much. They are an excellent snack but are hard to put down. They have a great light crispy texture with just enough flavor. The other flavors are great too. Lemon; chocolate; vanilla and hazelnut.

Like most of the Loacker Wafer Cookies ... these are delicious ... just don't go overboard eating them ... they have a LOT of saturated fat in them!
