I am fairly new to the world of balsamic vinegars and bought this product after purchacing the Manicardi 8.5 oz 12 year vinegar, thinking I was buying a sampling of better quality vinegars. I was disappointed to find that this product has added caramel coloring and the taste is not neary as good as the 12 year in the same product line . Just my humble opinion.
