BOTH of my adult children, who love to cook, were recently diagnosed with high cholesterol in spite of the fact that they have always eaten healthy and are physically fit. I came across this item while trying to find a Christmas gift to support their efforts to correct their problem without resorting to prescription drugs. They love it. They don't feel that they have compromised flavor for butter. In fact, they like it more. My son cooked me a dinner of grilled rockfish that he had coated with the garlic olive oil and a little sea salt and cracked pepper. Marvelous. After a squeeze of lemon, it needed nothing else. He added a touch of the of the truffle flavored olive oil to the rice/pilaf instead of butter. Terrific. Great meal.
But, the vendor is the best. My daughter's gift arrived with 2 garlic olive oils instead of the basil. I contacted the vendor with an urgent SOS. They overnighted me the basil flavored olive oil and allow me to keep the extra garlic one. They also came through for me this week when I needed an urgent delivery for my sister's birthday because I am snowed in.
Now I am trying the olive oil soap products for my daughter in Colorado. Her skin is very dry and she lives in a harsh climate. I heard on the Today Show that olive oil is the best moisturizer for very dry skin. I will post her review of her gift after she tries it out.

I gave this to my son for Christmas and was told I could not have picked a more perfect gift. He has enjoyed using the different oils and has asked to me to keep a record where I ordered them...... We absolutely will order again.

This has been a gift to numerous friends who all were thrilled by these products. The taste of all is great too. After gifting four sets i bought one for myself. A great hostess gift or hard to buy for foodies. The bottles are larger than they appear.

I gave this as a Christmas present and loved it so much I bought some for myself. The flavors are excellent and the bottles are adorable. They're great for salad or risotto, or anything really. I used some of the truffle flavored one on my grilled cheese sandwich and it was out of this world.

I received this giftset for Christmas. I've tried all 4 flavors a variety of ways & I don't care for any of them. Maybe it's because they're flavored.
