A traditional combo from a good maker. The low acid vinegar is magic with these small, intense strawberries. The vinegar is made from the grape must, it ages in wood barrels, in the area of Modena Mussini makes several others, fig being another favorite. You can use it with game. More likely you will add back the third traditional condiment, vanilla sugar, to make dessert. You can eat it with puree of chestnut, white cheese or creme fraiche. Or right on vanilla ice cream. Or with vanilla whip cream.
