 Lasgna for One not TwoMar 08, 2010
I liked this Lasgna, however, I was a little disappointed with the portion size, it is quite small. I found it more appropiate for one's lunch than a dinner or meal for two. The tase was good, it is easy to heat and serve, it was just small for the price charge, so, I was kinda disapponted.

Omaha Steaks 1 (22 oz. tray) Roasted Vegetable Lasagna
My husband and I were trying to be good and lose weight. I thought this would be a nice treat for us. The lasagna was a nice portion for two or if you were on a diet, could be made into smaller portions. Tasty, I loved the roasted veggies. They even used vegetarian lasagna noodles. I only wish there was more marinara sauce, as I love sauce.

I bought this on an impulse and I was not disappointed. It was a tasty little lasagne that easily fed my mother and me.
