I liked this Lasgna, however, I was a little disappointed with the portion size, it is quite small. I found it more appropiate for one's lunch than a dinner or meal for two. The tase was good, it is easy to heat and serve, it was just small for the price charge, so, I was kinda disapponted.

Omaha Steaks 1 (22 oz. tray) Roasted Vegetable Lasagna
My husband and I were trying to be good and lose weight. I thought this would be a nice treat for us. The lasagna was a nice portion for two or if you were on a diet, could be made into smaller portions. Tasty, I loved the roasted veggies. They even used vegetarian lasagna noodles. I only wish there was more marinara sauce, as I love sauce.

I have vegetarian friends and wanted to send them a special gift for Christmas. They enjoyed the roasted vegetable lasagna. The tray was plentiful for two with left-overs for 2 more meals. In fact, with a tossed salad, the lasagna was a complete meal. This couple enjoyed the vegetable lasagna so much that I will send it to other friends. I enjoy the meat lasagna myself.
