You should try it when you are seriously in want for chocolate and want a simply fix to your desires. Dark and with the Hazelnut mixed into both the chocolate but also one in the center makes it great tasting treat.

They have a creamy, rich (but not overpowering) hazelnut flavor with a crunch from the nut placed at the top of the chocolate. I like that each one is individually wrapped, making it less messy and fresher. This is one of my favorite chocolates and I find that the "love notes" included between the foil wrapping and the chocolate add a nice touch.

"Special Writer"
Baci -literally kisses in Italian- is as delicate as a first time "bacio" or kiss... you crave for more. It's balanced,not too sweet nor too sour, filled with crunchy chopped and whole hazelnuts. Well for something it's Perugina's signature candy!

I tasted them before, they are delicious. In honor of these wonderful chocolates and following a tradition, I named my lovely Beagle after them, she is so sweet just like the chocolates. :)
My first female doggie's name was Motta. Named after another Italian brand.
