I am addicted to this pasta. Most people like the fresh tortellini best. If that is the case, then this product may not be for you. For some reason fresh (i.e., freezer aisle) tortellini really don't do it for me and I find them sort of gross. I find something about the flavor of the five cheese dry racconto tortellini delicious. I love putting them in boiling water with bullion and al dente brocolli slaw to make a quick and tasty soup. They are good with traditional pasta sauce too. Also their shelf life means I can use them when I feel like it and not worry about them going bad in the fridge. I like the spinach ones less than the cheese, but in a pinch those do too.

Inferior to the Barilla Tortellini Filled with Three Cheese, 8-Ounce Packages (Pack of 10)and the Davinci Tortellini, 7 Ounce Boxes (Pack of 12). Every cooking time I tried left the center hard with the pasta mushy.
