IMPORTANT: Please Read!Mar 12, 2010
By Bud Amazon is scamming all the customers who buy this based on the reviews. This webpage used to be for the Sugar-Free "Caramel" syrup made by Torani which I have been buying for years. Recently, however, Amazon has been shipping the "Classic Caramel" flavor instead. Classic Caramel, however, is a different product, and the taste is terrible. I cannot get anyone in my household to drink coffees made with it. Note that Amazon does not allow returns on grocery items.
Please also see the review "Flavor not what it usually is." I complained several times to Amazon that they were shipping the wrong product. They assured me it would not happen again. Appalling, but what Amazon did was to rename this SAME page to Classic Caramel and even change the picture. But, note that the UPC is for the original "Caramel" product. You will also find an occasional reference to "Caramel" on this page, but note that the reviews you see here are for a DIFFERENT product.
Finally, do yourself a favor and get the plain Caramel and not the Classic Caramel. It is 10X better. I can go through a bottle of the regular Caramel in less than a week. The regular Caramel is sooooo good. In comparison, no one will drink the Classic Caramel. Shame on Amazon. They should have just made this Sugar-Free Caramel page "No longer available" (which it is elsewhere). Note that they also added a second "Classic Caramel" page (with the correct UPC), but the description, etc., cut-and-pasted from this one. Don't buy that either.

Flavor not what it usually is.Jan 23, 2010
By Nancy A. Nadeau I've been buying this product for about a year now, and this is the second time when it has had an off taste. I buy other flavors, but this is the only one with the occasional off taste. When it is good, it's very good. I may not take the chance on this flavor again.

Decadent and calorie free!Aug 19, 2011
By M. Skartsiaris I haven't had coffee for most of my life, until I was introduced to this syrup instead of sugar. I am allergic to many foods, so I have precious few "sweet treats"- I wake to this every morning! It is smooth and not too sweet; and it doesn't 'separate' after sitting for a long time. I highly recommend it, especially when I have seen it for a much higher price in stores-excellent!

Good syrup,but then I tried DA VINCISep 02, 2010

I have to admit,I thought this syrup was great and have used it every day. Then I tried the Da Vinci Dolce de Leche, and it was INCREDIBLE. Never have I tasted anything like it(I use it primarily for flavoring coffee).First off,I have to use a few squirts of the Caramel to get flavor, but one small squirt with the Da Vinci and it was heaven. This syrup here is good,But after trying the Da Vinci Dolce de leche,I now know the difference between good syrup and great syrup.

Sugar-Free Caramel SyrupJul 25, 2011
By Shuttle 1 We have purchased Torani syrups several times - and always happy with the products. The sugar-free caramel is our flavor of choice. We love our Latte, but can't afford all the calories associated with the typical flavored syrups. Torani sugar-free syrups are every bit as sweet as the regular syrups, but without all the calories - and no after-taste that you can get with some sugar-free products. Torani is half the cost of Starbucks syrups, and taste every bit as good.
